Ym mhennod 19, rydyn ni’n siarad â Harry Amos, cyn swyddog yn y Fyddin a chwarter tîm rhwyfo cefnfor y ‘Brothers N Oars’ a lwyddodd i rwyfo 4,500km o Galiffornia i Hawaii mewn 39 diwrnod.

Trafodwn sut y bu’n rhaid iddo siarad â dros bedwar cant o arweinwyr er mwyn ariannu’r alldaith, sut y daeth ‘bydd yn pasio’ yn fantra tîm, heriau tywydd unigryw rhwyfo’r Môr Tawel, torri’r llyw, gosod y para-angor 3 gwaith a chael ei daro gan Storm Calvin!
