Antarctica, that goes back to kind of a childhood dream that in lockdown, I think like lots of us, we kind of had that time to stop. Yeah, kind of reflect a little bit and go hang on a minute. And then from there make a decision after that as to kind of what comes next because it it's more of like a journey than it is just say, throw yourself into something big, you know, a really nasty.

Load of the whole of other adventures actually, which I've been in for a long time like scuba diving or bike packing or like cross, you know, maybe doing my own kind of polar Arctic thing in the future. So. But I think I think mine probably involves bikes from a from a mountain accident in 2019 which which, you know, probably put the spell on there.

You can, you know, in in terms of only paying for an expedition or an adventure or something like you. Don't just jump straight into that. The big adventure, you know, like a marathon, for example, you might start putting like a 5K or 10K and a half marathon and putting up to a marathon. So I guess some, yeah, kind of how how are you, how are you preparing for this, this big challenge?

So the unlike kind of other expeditions, I don't know if people realise, but when you go into Antarctica, you can't just decide you want to go there, no matter, no matter how much money you've got and and just kind of fly there, you you've kind of, you have to get a permission really and you've got to prove yourself before you're allowed to take that first step. So that was that was an initial surprise, but it's actually.

I can't recall where I heard it, but someone said like many years ago that it's like if it's. If you're not suffering on on this trip, then it's a holiday. It's not adventure, it's a holiday, and it's such a good way of a good way of looking at it because it's like, you know, of course, if it's if it's going to challenge you, then it's going to change you and it's gonna be an adventure. It's gonna be all things you want add to it, cause you'll forget those bad times in the future and then you just look back and go.
